Anna's mother gave birth to many children during her life. Apart from Anna only the following reached adulthood:

  • her brother George, born c. 1503, deceased on 17. May 1536 (executed by Henry VIII. of England because of alleged incest with his sister Anna), married to Lady Jane Parker, daughter of Henry Parker, Lord Morley, who incriminated him seriously in his court case; she was executed in 1542, because she had covered up the adulteries of Catherine Howard († 1542)
  • her sister Mary, born c. 1504, deceased in 1543; from 1520/21 until 1525/26 the mistress of Henry VIII. of England; since 4. February 1520 or 4. February 1521 in her first marriage married to William Carey († 1528) – she had two children by her royal lover Henry VIII: Katherine (or Catherine) († 1569), born in 1523 or in 1524, and Henry († 1596), born on 4. March 1525; in 1533 or 1534 she had a clandestine marriage, her second husband was Sir William Stafford (1512-1556); she had at least two further children by him: Anne, born in 1534, und Edward or William († 1545), born in 1535
